| A - Click the My Account tab from any page on the site. Then click View Account Info to view and edit your personal and school information. |

| A - If you forget e-college campus password, kindly contact your organization administrator to retrieve your password. |

Q - Can I add extra roles or permissions to my profile? |
| A - No, only the administrator of your organization has the right to add roles or rights to your profile. If you wish for extra roles or permissions kindly contact your admin. |

| Q - How do I interact with my colleagues and instructor? |
| A - e-college campus online learning environment helps to discuss issues and gain ideas from your instructors and other learners. You can send and receive messages from your peers and instructor through the mail box feature. |

| Q - How will I know about a notice or a circular? |
| A - e-college campus has an added feature known as e-notice board. You can view the circulars in the e-notice board section and also an e-mail will be sent to your account. |
